I just got my new camera, so I decided it was time for an evening excursion.
Kent, my concrete testor, was up from Anchorage with a cameara just like mine.
So we went to see if we could find some Muskox to photograph.

We found them just ouside of Nome in some deep brush. I always find it fun to see how close I can get for photos. (Anvil mountain in the background, with the "White Alice" Antennas.) | |

For some reason they really didn't mind if we were just on the other side of the bushes.
This is a mature bull, you can tell because of the thick, hairless Boss |
