It was great to be home!

The work was at a point I could get away from Nome for a break
and bless my new renters, I had a reason to come home,
That was an acceptable excuse for a few days away from the job.

I have waited a life time it seems to be here at this moment!
I have been cooped up in Nome for far too long.
and had been planning this trip for months.
As I off loaded my sled at the roadhouse and climbed on,
I was suddenly 18 again!

2691_1.jpg Getting Sean and Steven to ride was almost tough,
As it turns out I made it home a week too late.
With fresh snow and unbeatable weather, they had
just spent a week destroying every lump of snow they could find.
and they were beat!
But it only took a few days off and they were
Ready to hit it again!
And Sean on his new 06 Polaris 600 Fusion.

Steve is riding his newly aquired 600 Edge X
and I really enjoyed riding with him,
He handles that thing like a master.

Today we are heading into walker lake.

2701_1.jpg" And what a day for it!
Riding in Nome has given me a whole new appreciation
for the incredible fortune I have to live
in this paradise!
Now all I had to do was remember
not to make a repeat of 04.
I had to focus on slowing down and
taking it easy. It was hard to do!
