It has become increasingly difficult to find new places to ride, So when you find a really cool spot it just adds to the already great trip, and today we had the pleasure of riding with Sage Thomas and Chuck Mitman, both really great guys.
We have not found anyone who recognizes the place by the photos so we are keeping this one a secret.
Let's see if you can find it! Be aware, I have mixed a few photos in an effort to intentionaly mislead you, but they were all taken today. and remember, it's all in fun!

Although we have been riding, the weather has been quite cold for some time now,and I havn't taken many photos to post trips. But today we decided to see just how far up our secret river we could get. Here is Chuck doing some water on his pantera, so you know the risk, but he did just fine and for those of you concerned about water, there was very little of that today! |

The river was froze pretty well, and there was some overflow spilling on top. The Ice fog was thick too, in places. When we started this trip, it was trying to snow, and my eyes still sting from the snow flakes, but before the trip was over the sky turned blue and the ride was wonderful! |

We ran up this river, which is a lot of fun, snaking through the snow covered swamps, and tributaries, and ended up taking quite a long trail that has been hacked through the scrub brush. If I told you who did it you would destroy his trail looking for our secret spot, so I will keep him anonomous, but we were gratefull for the work he put into his trail. I tried to get a good photo of Chuck, but by the time I got the camera to fire, he had dashed around another corner. These guys would not make it in Hollywood! they don't like to set up for a photo, "We are here to ride!" |

| Being cold, my digital cammera was even slower than it usually is, and let me tell you, it is usually slow enough. I missed a photo of a nice cow, and a bull moose with a wonderful palmed rack, some coyots too. With the cold, overcast, and snow it was not much of a photo kinda day anyway. But it did just get better and better! |
