Poker Ride

Feb. 15, 2003

Today was the Snowburners annual Poker Ride, We all met at the 26 mile steel bridge at 11:00

There was a good turn out as usual, sleds of every year and make were there, lots of new sleds this year.

The rules are simple, each rider draws a card at the beginning and it is recorded.
Then along the trail there are stations at which you draw another card, which is recorded. When you arive at the destination you have a full hand, the best poker hand wins.

Here is Pat trying to bribe himself a better card!

Here is the bridge they put in every winter for access to the Chilkat Lake.
