I called Sage who was happy to help,
and he got out "BIG MOMMA"
The thing must weigh 1100 lbs!
That's it in the photo next to Sage with Sean out in front.

Both Sean and Sage worked like madmen Hacking a trail
about 3 miles through the nastiest undergrowth and alders, there was just no other way.
(I followed behind sitting on a sled and cheering them on~ it was all I could do!)

My concern was to get the thing out the same day, because I knew I would be laid up the next day.
After hacking and hacking, we finally made it to the river, found the scrap-metal that resembled a snowmachine,
and drug her back to just inside timberline, when darkness and overheating sleds overcame us.
so we abandon the sled, hoping vandals wouldn't make a mess of it,(LOL) and headed home.

I won't go into the part about Sean spent the next day putting a new clutch and belt on "BIG MOMMA"
or how there wasn't a chance I was going anywhere that day,
But the next day we went back in and hauled her out.

We used two kiddie sleds to put under the broke skies and a big tobboggan sled to put under the track.
we used lots of rope to tie the whole loose package together and off we went.

These photos were taken a few days later, they are only the ones I can show you,
I look and feel like this all over!
I can't thank Sean and Sage enough for their efforts! it just wouldn't have come out without their work.

And now it's on to the "X Project!"
